（中央社記者游凱翔台北3日電）台北市長柯文哲今天表示，他上任後，第二預備金怎麼用都有嚴格規定，沒用完就繳庫。好的政治應講求信用，該用就用，而不是當自己零用錢亂花，這才是政治概念導正。

中國國民黨台北市議會黨團說，今年第二預備金預算新台幣12.5億元，但檢視去年使用情形，實際僅支用3.6億元，今年應8億元就夠。

柯文哲上午出席活動後表示，二備金是屬預備性質，去年用得少應感謝上帝，如果是碰到颱風等，就會很慘。1060103
